Facilitating for Made By Katie Green
Alice started her role as an Engagement Practitioner for Made By Katie Green’s Mayflower 400 project in November 2018. She attended 2 weeks of R&D and creation in London in preparation for the workshops and performances the following year.
In October 2019 Alice began teaching workshops in a primary and secondary school in Retford to create sections of movement to be included in the Celebration performance in November 2019.
Made By Katie Green
…is a contemporary dance company using dance, text and music to respond to places where you would not usually expect to find a dance performance. Through the company’s learning, they aim to empower children and young people aged 0-19 to respond to the world around them through movement.

Collaboration with Stephenson Railway Museum, Newcastle
Alice also worked with Made By Katie Green on another project -Making Tracks, collaborating with Stephenson Railway Museum, Newcastle. The project involved facilitating educational and creative workshops with a primary school about the history of the Stephenson family and the invention of steam trains.
